On-site Surveys

I would arrange to call out to your clients home and carry out a full technical survey of the room/s they are looking to develop with you. I would then produce a detailed and professional survey report for you that would include the following:

Survey Report

A site drawing showing the current layout and all measurements
A detailed report of the water system and electrics
An assessment of the sub-structure of the floor, walls and ceiling
Notes on any areas of concern or special interest
On-site photos
Notes on site access, storage and waste removal
Any other info relevant to the project

Client Brief

On initial site survey I could take a brief from the end client if needed
On-site general planning and design advice
Post survey meeting with designer to help develop layout and product spec

Check Measures

Return to site with proposed design and spec
Re-measure in cases where on-site works have progressed
Check that design will work and fit
Check and/or advise builders on first fix plumbing and electrics
Advise on any changes needed to the design
